Scheduling appointments:  Requires a credit card number or gift certificate number to hold the reservation. 

 Gift Certificates:   Gift cards two years or older may be charged the difference between the price paid for the card and the current rate of our services. No returns or refunds on gift certificates.  Card must be present at time of services.
 
Cancelation Policy: Due to the high volume of requested appointments, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service if you miss or do not cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

No Shows:  Will be charged full price for services scheduled.  Gift cards on scheduled appointments will be reduced in value for amount of services missed.

Arrival: We recommend that first time customers  arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out necessary forms. Returning customers it is recommened that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may change the duration of your appointment without a discount to the service price.

Valuables: The spa is not responsiable for valuables or personal belongs.

Gratuities: We are often asked about how much gratuity is customary. The industry standard is 15%-20% but is entirely up to you.
